The Prinsu Roof Rack is a modular, adjustable, and completely bolt-together roof rack for the 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma. Available in both double cab and access cab configurations. The rack consists of 2 laser cut side rails constructed of 3/16″ 5052 aluminum plate. The crossbars are made from a 2″ x 1″ aluminum extrusion that has 4 T slot channels and the Prinsu exclusive “drop points.” This offers numerous solutions for tie-down options, cargo security, and the addition of accessories such as tool mounts or lighting. The rack comes shipped with a black powder coat finish. All assembly hardware comes in a black zinc finish. The rack also includes a 1/8″ 5052 aluminum plate wind deflector to help with aerodynamics and prevent wind noise.

Options for integrating a light bar are available.

The rack is completely modular in that you choose how your rack is configured. Refer to the gallery for an example of standard configurations we have used based on different load sizes and weights. You can also choose the number of crossbars you assemble your rack with. The rack comes standard with six cross bars for cargo and one additional for mounting a wind deflector, lightbar, or combination of the two.

Noise-reducing-edge trim is included with the purchase of the rack.

CabRack for Double-cab Tacoma (NO Drilling Required)

These rails have three mounting tabs each, allowing you to bolt the rack into the five factory mounting holes on each side of the roof. This design allows the addition of this roof rack without drilling or modifying your vehicle.

AccessRack for Access-cab Tacoma (Drilling REQUIRED!!!)

These rails have three mounting platforms each that will allow you to bolt the rack into 12 rivet nuts plus nuts that you will install (REQUIRES drilling). The six-plus nuts on each side of the roof provide a secure mounting system for the rack. This rack will require you to drill six holes in each channel on the rooftop.

All Prinsu racks come powder-coated, satin black, and complete, ready to install.
